Don you favorite Hawaiian attire and bring your best tomato for tasting. Food assignments and details for flower arranging to follow. Thank You All Thanks to all of our members for helping to make our annual plant sale a huge success! Our last monthly meeting for the season will be May 5th where Don Lee will present information on growing native plants. Application to Volunteer Since the greenhouse is on school property, all members who work at the greenhouse are required to complete and sign a Coupeville School District No. 204 Application to Volunteer form. Copies of the form will be available at our Jan 5th meeting. A copy of the complete packet of information (which should be read before signing) will also be available at the meeting and will be emailed to members. It is also available on our website here?. Pesticides & Other Chemicals As a reminder, in order to remain in compliance with the Agriculture Department, any chemicals or pesticides that you use when you work at the greenhouse must be returned to the shed when you are done. I had t-hem indoors in full sun in Spokane and they bloomed lik-e crazy, but in our new home here in Coupeville, I can'-t get enough sun for them. They are currently outside -and safe from the deer.
